Returns and refunds are accepted only in genuine cases such as damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to verification and applicable conditions.
💰Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected by our team, the refund process will be initiated.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
- Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer
- Customers must share correct bank/UPI details for timely processing
🚫 Refund Not Applicable In Following Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
The product is returned without original packaging or proof
The product has been used, opened, or tampered with
The return request is raised after the allowed time period
Damage is caused due to customer misuse or improper handling
